INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Register with us at no charge or obligation by clicking on the "Register Free" icon. It is very important that we are provided with your Florida license number so we can report your contact hours to the proper agency. If a license number has not be issued, please type "applicant". If you are returning from a previous biennium, please register again.

2) After you register, click on study material. If you are already registered you need to "login".

3) Pass the test with instant on-line grading. Certificates are dated with the date you pass the test.

4) Pay online. After you pay online, return to our website, login, and print your certificate online.

If you pass the test online, but you do not want to pay online or you do not have a credit card, mail, fax, or call your payment to FMES. If mailing, payments can consist of a check/money order or VISA/MC. You can fax or mail credit card information to FMES. Card fee of a $.75 applies to all credit card orders that are called, mailed, or faxed-in. Certificates are made available on our website the day we receive your payment. Payment must be received within 20 days after completing the program to receive credit. FMES will report the credits, as you earn them, to the proper state agency (CE Broker or Barber's Board).
